The place was clean with a friendly staff, the room had 2 beds, it was well-organized, and they offered a wake-up service upon request.

Large and compact room with all usual facilities was enjoyable.

Some of the staff were not so friendly.

Make sure to get twin room with milk, the balcony, for example. The location is great, 2 km from Saint Dizier Chateau. What's more, we were within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop...

Great spot for a one-night stay! the restaurant here is pretty solid for both dinner and breakfast. Had a nice time, thank you for the pleasant stay. 👌

It was hot therefore 'air conditioning' would be useful.

The food at the restaurant was not of a good standard. I would advise other guests eat prior to arriving at the establishment. The waitress who served us, was also unattentive, she had the be asked 4 times to bring glasses of water for the children. The food when it did arrive was not the same as the description on the menu and the waitress was not prepared to help us out using english even though we tried out best with the french language. Do not order the sausages ever !

The room was large and compact with nice decor. An electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk were great. - the hotel has a particularly good location next to a restaurant and a military airport.

Excellent clean easy overnight stop,helpful staff

The room was clean and comfortable, of a reasonable size, and the decor good. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find, and conveniently located, as a base for a short holiday break in that region. Adequate car parking was adjacent to the rooms. Though the female receptionist on duty when we arrived spoke no English, this was not too much of a problem, and the male receptionist on duty the following day spoke good English, and was friendly and helpful. We should be happy to stay there again, if visiting that area.

The dinner menu choice was somewhat limited, and overpriced, and compared rather unfavourably with our local restaurants back home in England, in terms of meal quality, and value for money. The continental breakfast, in terms of what was provided was adequate, and in line with expectations, but was rather overpriced. I have to acknowledge that the low value of the British pound against the euro, was also a factor when considering value for money for the meals, and room.

Well laid out and clean room, everything was good. Location near Eurotunnel, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Efficient check in. Room and bathroom clean and pleasant. Tea and coffee in room. Parking close to room. Very reasonable price.

Staff not particularly welcoming. Room ventilation poor - room hot and no AC or fan provided - ground floor window meant that it could only be left open slightly. Breakfast and other meals expensive (we did not use so don't know if good value).

all pretty good no probs really. AC would have been nice but not always good for health. Besides only those with gripes will complain about AC. Staff very good inluding manager(ess) and cleaners.

The restaurant had fantastic dinner and breakfast options, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had great shower facilities and bath sheets.

Food wasn't good in the hotel restaurant

Clean, functional and reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of parking in front of the rooms. The children really enjoyed the all-you-can eat buffet.
